7:00 PM 1. Ivory – Woodley Place Subdivision – Conceptual Plan – . Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Ivory Homes, proposes to build an 8 dwelling unit single family detached subdivision at 4162 S 2300 East on approximately 1.35 acres of ground in the R-2-10 Zone.
7:30 PM 2. Pheasant Grove – Rezone – 5559 S Highland Dr. – Zone Change from R-1-43 to
R-1-10 – Planner: Rick Whiting – Applicant, Norm Dahle, petitioned the City for approval to
rezone approx. 4.2 acres of property from R-1-43 to R-1-10 in order to build a single family
residential subdivision on approximately one-third acre lots.
8:00 PM 3. Kathy’s Cove – One-Lot Subdivision/Plat Amendment – Planner: Rick Whiting – The
applicant, Kathleen Brasher, proposes to amend the boundary of the Arborwood Park
Subdivision slightly in order to correct past errors and adjust her property line at 5014 S
Fairbrook Lane on approximately .58 acres of ground in the R-1-21 Zone. No new lots would be created.

5. Stream Setback Discussion – Staff: Jonathon Teerlink, City Planner and Clarence
Kemp, City Engineer – The Planning Commission requested to discuss the necessity of the
current stream setback exception approval process under Chapter 13.76.400: Development Near Waterways, with a view to, possibly, recommending a text amendment of the same to the City Council.

On Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
