(The following matters are Public Hearings.  They will be heard and may be voted on.  Notice to the public has been provided as required by law.)

6:00 PM                1.            Amendment to Chapters 13.76.300 & 13.76.700, Slope Cuts and Fills  – Planners: Paul Allred & Jonathon Teerlink – This proposed amendment is intended to clarify grading standards to enhance management of relatively steeper slopes on building lots throughout the city.

6:30 PM                2.           Highland Drive General Plan – Appendix K Amendment – Planners: Paul Allred, Pat Hanson & Rick WhitingThis is a proposed amendment to the adopted master plan for the Highland Drive area.  It would modify its long term scope and perspective.

7:00 PM                3.           Holladay City Annexation Policy Declaration Amendment Planners: Paul Allred & Pat Hanson This is a proposed update to the City’s Plan.

7:30 PM                 4.           Millrock Building 5 – Conceptual Site Plan – Planners: Paul Allred & Rick Whiting – The applicant, MTC, Ltd., proposes to build an office building at 6510 S Millrock Dr. on approximately 2.1 acres of ground in the O-R-D Zone.

8:00PM                 5.            Tobermory Ridge- Conceptual Subdivision – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Hamlet  Homes, proposes to build a 24 dwelling unit single family attached subdivision at 5105 S 1300 East on approximately 1.98 acres of ground in the R-M Zone.

8:30 PM                6.           Bamberger Stream Exception – Staff: Clarence Kemp, City Engineer & Jonathon Teerlink, City Planner – Applicant, Robert Pett agent to Mr. Bamberger, is requesting an exception to the 100’ stream setback ordinance in order to construct an addition to an existing single family home located at 2720 South Walker Lane in the R-1-87 zone.

9:00 PM                7.           Holladay Village Square Development – Site Plan Amendment – Planners: Paul Allred & Jonathon Teerlink – Developer, Rockworth Development, proposes amendments to the approved Holladay Village Square project.

8.            Approve Minutes –  July 16, 2013

On Friday, August 2, 2013 at 12:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website atwww.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
