1. Holladay Village Square – 4664 S 2300 East – Preliminary Site Plan – HV Zone –
Planners: Paul Allred, Jonathan Teerlink & Rick Whiting – The applicants, Melby Group and
Rockworth Development, have proposed a 42,000 sq. ft. mixed use development adjacent

3. Residential Building Corridor and Front Setback Code Amendment (Continued) –
Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The City proposes to amend the method by which front
setback and building corridor are calculated. A six-month temporary regulation has been
initiated by the City Council. Staff has prepared language intended to amend and/or
replace this current temporary ordinance. (This is item is discussion only. No notice was

A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code.
