7:00 PM     1.   Orchard Hollow Subdivision – 4245 East Holladay Blvd. – Conceptual Site Plan (Continued) R-1-15 Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – Applicant, Highland Hawk Investments, Simone McInnis proposes to subdivide the one acre property into three building lots.  (The public hearing for this item was closed at the August 7, 2012 meeting.  No notice was required.)

7:30 PM    2.  Deerwood Farms Exception – 2545 E 6200 South – Stream Set-Back Exception – R-1-87 Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting & Jonathan Teerlink – Developer, Eagle Point Financial, proposes to
reduce the stream set-back from 100 feet to 50 feet on the three easterly most lots of the proposed Subdivision.   (This item is not a public hearing and no notice was required)

7:45 PM    3.  Wagstaff Exception – 4670 S Wander Lane – Stream Set-Back Exception – R-1-10 Zone – Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – Property owners, Jim & Angie Wagstaff, propose to reduce the stream set-back from 100 feet to 50 feet on their property.  (This item is not a public hearing and no notice
was required.)

8:00 PM    4. Holladay City Fire Station – 2210 East Murray-Holladay Road – Preliminary Site Plan – P Zone
Planner: Paul Allred – Applicant, the City of Holladay wishes to build a Fire Station on this 1.59 acre site.  (This is item is not a public hearing. No notice was required.)

8:30 PM     5.  Deerwood Farms Subdivision – 2545 E 6200 South – Final Plat – R-1-87 Zone – 24 acres –  Planner: Rick Whiting – Developer, Eagle Point Financial, proposes to develop a (10) 2-acre lot
subdivision.  (This item is not a public hearing.  No notice was required)

6.  Approve Minutes – July 10 and 26, 2012.

7.  Residential Building Corridor and Front Setback Code Amendment(Continued) –
Planner: Jonathan Teerlink – The City proposes to amend the method by which front setback and building corridor are calculated.  A six-month temporary regulation has been initiated by the City Council.  Staff has prepared language intended to amend and/or replace this current temporary ordinance.

8.  Residential Office Zone – RO Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – This is a continued
discussion of a proposed new zone intended to accommodate conversion of homes along major streets into professional offices.  A six-month temporary regulation restricting zoning was initiated by the City Council.  Staff has refined a draft document for consideration by the Planning Commission.

On Friday, August 17, 2011 at 6:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
