7:00 PM 1. Orton – Conditional Use Permit for Home Occupation with Customers – Health
Coaching – 2081 E Terra Linda Dr. – R-1-8 Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant,
Jennifer Orton, requests approval to receive clients at her home for consultation.
7:15 PM 2. Pheasant Grove – Rezone – 5559 S Highland Dr. – Zone Change from R-1-43 to
R-1-10 – Planner: Rick Whiting – Applicant, Norm Dahle, petitioned the City for approval to
rezone approx. 2.61 acres of property from R-1-43 to R-1-10 in order to build a single
family residential subdivision on one-third acre lots. THIS ITEM HAS BEEN CONTINUED
TO A FUTURE MEETING AT THE APPLICANT’S REQUEST AND WILL NOT BE
HEARD AT THIS MEETING.

7:45 PM 3. Orchard Hollow – Three-Lot Subdivision Conceptual Plan – 4245 S Holladay Blvd. –
R-1-15 Zone – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant is Simone McInnis, Highland Hawk
Investments. This request was previously denied by the Planning Commission. The
Holladay City Council heard an appeal by the applicant and remanded the matter back to
the Planning Commission. Subsequently, a Third Judicial District Court ruling and City
Ordinance, Chapter 15.28.50 – allows reconsideration of approval of the requested three-
4. Summerwoods Subdivision – Preliminary Plat – 5310 S Highland Dr. – R-1-8 Zone –
Planner: Rick Whiting – Applicant, John Phillips, requests Preliminary Plat approval for a
six-lot subdivision on 1.5 acres of ground.
5. Wren Hill Subdivision – Preliminary Plat – 2595 E Wren Rd . – R-1-8 Zone – Planner:
Rick Whiting – Applicant, Ivory Homes, requests Preliminary Plat approval for a three-lot
subdivision on this .7 acre parcel.
6. Highland Drive General Plan – Appendix K Amendment (Continued) – Planners: Paul Allred, Pat Hanson & Rick Whiting – This is a proposed amendment to the adopted master plan for the Highland Drive area. It would modify its long term scope and perspective.
7. Approve Minutes of the August 6, 2013 meeting.

On Friday, August 16, 2013 at 6:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
