5:30 p.m. Briefing Session – The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.

IV. Public Hearing on CDBG Funding for 2012-13-
The Council will hold a public hearing on the federally-mandated and funded Community Development Block Grants for funding housing-related projects in the upcoming fiscal year.
V. Public Hearing on Casto Home
Input will be taking on options for the Casto Home. Construction of the new fire station will require relocation or demolition of the historic Casto Home.
VI. Proclamation Declaring April Fair Housing Month
VII. Public Hearing on Proposed Amendment to Section 13.71 of the Holladay Village Requiring Only Commercial Uses for Street Level Floor Space
Input will be taken on requiring commercial uses on the ground floor of buildings in the HV zone specifically for 2300 E, Holladay Blvd and Murray Holladay Rd. The proposed ordinance would prohibit ground-floor residential on major streets in the Holladay Village zone.
VIII. Consideration of Ordinance 2012-06 Establishing Temporary Restrictions Regarding Applications for Subdivision Re-zoning Requests, Conditional Use Permits, Building Permits and Signs Permits Along the Highland Dr Corridor – a temporary prohibition on rezoning residential for office uses to be considered until a new Residential Office zone can be enacted as envisioned in the recently-adopted Highland Drive Master Plan.

On Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9-103.5 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
