Welcome & Chair Opening Statement

7:05 PM 2. Nettie’s Place Condominiums – Rezone Proposal, located at 2165 E 4500 S.
Request by the property owners to rezone 1.15 acres from R-1-15 to R-2-10. The zone change proposes to accurately reflect the existing development in order to convert from condo ownership to a planned unit development (PUD). Staff – Paul Allred

7:20 PM 3. I.C. Development – Rezone Proposal, located at 4685 S Highland Drive.
Request by the applicant to rezone the western portion of their property from R-M to C-2. The zone change proposes to allow for the re-development of the entire parcel for both an existing office building and a new small retail building on Highland Drive. Staff –Jonathan Teerlink

8:00 PM 4. Wasatch Waldorf Charter School – Conceptual/Preliminary Review, 4685 S Murray Holladay Rd. – Continued item
Applicant, Mike Wright, –Commission will consider revisions to the site plan including operational and safety details for proposed charter school as requested during the January 19th meeting. Regulatory ordinances; Title 13 of the Holladay Code, Holladay Stream protection (13.08.150), State of Utah LUMDA law (Title10-9a-305, Charter School Exceptions). Staff – Jonathan Teerlink

On Friday, February 12, 2016 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
