Applicant, Jay Rice proposes a new residential subdivision by subdividing an existing parcel according to current R-2-10 zoning regulations in order to create 5 twin-home buildings (a total of 10 dwellings) all of which will be accessed via the Holladay Farms PUD, an abutting residential development.

Applicant, Ryan Whitney, having received conceptual subdivision approval from the Planning Commission for a five-lot residential subdivision is now returning for preliminary plat approvals. The applicant will present subdivision construction documents for new private lane residential development in the R-1-15 zone.
