7:05 PM 3. PUBLIC HEARING – Hegewald, Two-Lot Residential Subdivision at 2045 E Hedgewood Ct. (approx. 5760 S.) – Concept & Preliminary – Project No.16-1-18
Applicant, Andrew Hegewald, proposed to create a new residential building lot by subdividing an existing .69 acre lot. This new subdivision meets the minimum development standards of the R-1-15 zone (single-family residential on 15,000 sq. ft. lots). Planning Commission will review this proposal at both the Concept and Preliminary stage.

7:30 PM 4. PUBLIC HEARING – Grand Terrace, Residential Condominiums at 2369, 2391 E Murray Holladay Rd & 2340, 2350 E Phylden Dr. - Site Plan & Building Design – Project No.16-1-06
Applicant, John Pochnyock, is proposing new residential condominium development in the Holladay Village zone. The applicant will present site plan and building design elements for two buildings on 1.37 acres. The Planning Commission will review the building design recommendation from the Holladay Design Review Board as well as site plan elements as required by the Holladay Village zone.

8:30 PM 4. Olympus Meadows, Five-lot Residential Subdivision at 4359 E Holladay Blvd – Preliminary Plat Project No. 16-1-07
Applicant, Ryan Whitney, having received conceptual subdivision approval from the Planning Commission for a five-lot residential subdivision is now returning for preliminary approvals. The applicant will present subdivision construction documents for new private lane residential development in the R-1-15 zone.

5. Cottages of Holladay PUD at 4269 S Highland Dr. – C.U.P Amendment – Project No. 15.1.05
Applicant Brad Reynolds requests the planning commission to consider alternative fencing designs for fencing needs fronting his Highland Drive residential planned development.

A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.
