PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance Amendment to Section 13.80.040 - Parking Standards for “Neighborhood Market” - Project No. 16-9-03 Applicant, Tom Henriod, proposes and amendment to the Holladay Village zoning ordinance by creating a new parking standard for Neighborhood Markets (a permitted use in the zone)

7:20 PM 3. PUBLIC HEARING – Ordinance Amendment to Title 13 - Amending Noticing/Posting Requirements - Project No.15-04-08-01 Consideration of proposed amendment to current public noticing standards for public meetings

7:30 PM 4. PUBLIC HEARING – Holladay Farms PUD Phase 2 – Plat Amendment – 4585 S Highland Dr. Project No. 04-02-10-02 Applicant, Jay Rice, along with the HOA of Holladay Farm PUD, propose a one acre extension to their existing residential subdivision according to current R-2-10 zoning regulations. The extension will add 5 twin-home buildings (a total of 10 dwellings).

CONTINUED - Grand Terrace Condominiums, Conceptual Site Plan & Building Design 2369, 2391 E Murray Holladay Rd & 2340, 2350 E Phylden Dr. – Project No.16-1-06 Applicant, John Pochynok is proposing new residential condominium development on1.37 acre. The Planning Commission will review the building design recommendations from the Holladay Design Review Board as well as site plan elements as required by the Holladay Village zone.

CONTINUED - Olympus Meadows, Preliminary Plat for a Residential Subdivision at 4259 E Holladay Blvd – Project No. 16-1-07 Applicant, Ryan Whitney, having received conceptual subdivision approval from the Planning Commission for a five-lot residential subdivision is now returning for preliminary plat review/approvals

9:00 PM 7. Ordinance Amendments –Amendment to Section 13.82.210: Signs Allowed. - Project No. 16-4-09 At the request of the City Council, elements of previously heard sign code amendments have been remanded back to the Planning Commission for additional consideration; additional size and lighting regulations for monument signs the Public, “P” zone, and limit in quantity of construction type signs per project site.
