Proposed amendments to the City of Holladay General Plan to include a new area master plan for land uses at these key intersections.

7:35 PM 3. PUBLIC HEARING
Various amendments to the Holladay Village Zone Development Standards, Section 13.71.080 – Project No.01-4-19-08
Amendments proposing changes to building height allowance and setbacks, residential density caps, etc., for new projects within the Holladay Village Zone.

Holladay Village, Block 2 Redevelopment, Conceptual Site Plan & Building Design (Harmons only) – 4650 through 4680 South Holladay Blvd. - Project No.16-9-03
Applicant, Tom Henriod representing the property owners, will present a conceptual plan for a mixed-use redevelopment project on 2.32 acres. This commercial redevelopment site is located east of the Holladay Village Square and will include Harmons as an anchor tenant. The Planning Commission will review the recommendations from the Holladay Design Review Board for the Harmons’ building as well as conceptual site plan elements.

Applicant, John Pochynok is presenting detailed preliminary site construction plans for his proposed residential buildings. The Planning Commission will review technical aspects of the site plan as required by 13.03.030.B & 13.08.080

5. Approval of 2016 Minutes – Oct. 18, 2016

A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City.
