6:00 PM 1. PLANNING COMMISSION ANNUAL TRAINING – Todd Godfrey, City Attorney, will conduct Annual Open Meetings training for the Commissioners and Staff. Light dinner will be served to the Commissioners.

6:30 PM PRE-MEETING / WORK SESSION – All agenda items may be discussed. No decisions will be made.


ACTION ITEMS (The following matters are Public Hearings and public comment is encouraged. They will be heard and may be voted on. Notice to the community has been provided as required by law.)

7:00 PM 2. Text Amendment to the Land Use and Development Regulations – Signs – R-M Zone – Staff: Paul Allred, Community Development Director and Rick Whiting, City Planner – The proposed amendment is to consider amending sign regulations for the R-M zone to allow small “crown signs” on the upper stories of office buildings.

7:15 PM 3. General Text Amendment to the Land Use and Development Regulations – Staff Planner: Pat Hanson – The proposed amendment is to clarify the general definition of two terms – “adjacent” & “abutting” as used throughout City ordinance.

7:45 PM 4. Crest Mount – Site Plan Approval – 6415 Crest Mount – FR-20/FCOZ Zones – Planner: Jonathon Teerlink – This matter will include a request to build a home and driveway on slopes as may be modified by the Planning Commission in an FR-20 zone and The Foothills and Canyons Overlay Zone (FCOZ).

8:00 PM 5. Beck Adventures – 1992 E Hedgewood Ct. – Zone Change from R-1-15 to R-O – Staff Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Burt Carson, wishes to rezone his .4 acre property from
R-1-15 (Single Family Residential on 15,000 sq. ft. minimum sized lots) to R-O (Residential Office) so that he can reconfigure the home existing for professional office use.

8:15 PM 6. Millcreek Place – 3-Lot Subdivision – 1800 E 3900 South – Conceptual Plan – R-2-10
Zone – Staff: Rick Whiting, City Planner – Applicant, Tom Fox, requests approval to divide this .71 acre property into three lots – (two new building lots.)

On Friday, December 5, 2014 at 1:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
