7:00 PM 1. Redrock Subdivision – 3597 Canyon Winds Lane – Conceptual Plan & Preliminary Plat Staff: Paul Allred, Community Development Director – The applicants, Mark & Sue Allen, request approval for a one-lot subdivision at the top of Canyon Winds Lane (Formerly Berghalde Lane.)
7:20 PM 2. Boseman Dental Office – 4675 S Highland Dr. – Conditional Use Permit – Staff: Rick
Whiting, City Planner – The applicant, Dr. Jerald Boseman, requests approval for a
Conditional Use Permit to convert the Zions Bank building into a dental office in the R-M zone.
7:40 PM 3. Jacob Properties – 4235 S Highland Dr. – Rezone from R-M to C-1 – Staff: Rick Whiting, City Planner – The applicant, Carl Jacob, requests recommendation to the City Council for a zone change from R-M to C-1 in order to allow a Beauty Solon to operate at this location.
8:00 PM 4. Shining Stars Academy – 2133 E Howey Dr. – Conditional Use Permit – Home Occupation with Customers – Staff: Rick Whiting, City Planner – The applicant, Samantha Tingey, requests Conditional Use approval to conduct a pre-school for under twelve children in her home.

On Friday, November 15, 2013 at 1:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
