7:00 PM 1. Olympian Orchards II – 4073 S Cumberland Dr. – Plat Amendment – Planner: Rick Whiting – Applicants Brent and Ann Wilson propose to combine two lots into one in an R-1-10 zone.

7:15 PM 2. Ivory – Olympus Orchards Subdivision – 2448 E 3900 S – Conceptual Plan- Planner: Rick Whiting- The applicant, Ivory Homes, is requesting conceptual approval of a 6 lot single family detached subdivision on approximately .98 acres in an R-M Zone.

7:45 PM 3. Nunley Twin Homes Subdivision (Postponed at the request of the applicant) – 5968 S Highland Dr. – Conceptual Plan – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, John Curtis is requesting conceptual approval of an 8 lot, twin home subdivision on a private drive on 1.09 acres in an R-2-10 zone.

8:15 PM 4. Ivory – Woodley Place Subdivision – 4162 S 2300 E – Conceptual Plan & Preliminary Plat (Continued) – Planner: Rick Whiting – The applicant, Ivory Homes, proposes to build an 8 lot subdivision on approximately 1.35 acres in an R-2-10 Zone.

6. Stream Setback Discussion (Continued) – Staff: Jonathon Teerlink, City Planner and Clarence
Kemp, City Engineer – This is a continued discussion concerning the necessity of the current stream
setback exception approval process under Chapter 13.76.400: Development Near Waterways, with a
view to, possibly, recommending a text amendment of the same to the City Council. A potential
Public Hearing on this matter could be scheduled for a future Planning Commission meeting following
this discussion.

7. Updates or follow-up on items currently in the development review process
8. Report from Staff on upcoming applications
9. Discussion of possible future amendments to code


On Monday, September 30, 2013 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City pursuant to Section 10-9A-205 of the Utah Code. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
