                        Applicant Bill Diamant requests to amend a portion of this subdivisions’ “no build area” at it pertains to lot #8. The proposal will modify the area set aside for slope and tree protection on this lot to accommodate the footprint of a new home. Action: approval, deny or continue


7:20 PM    3.   PUBLIC HEARING – Niche Miche, Conditional Use Permit Amendment – Home Occupation – 1860 E North Woodside Drive

                        Applicant, Michelle Huntsman is requesting an amendment to her original conditional use permit for a home salon business with customers. The request is to change from accepting clients 3 days/week to 5 days per week. Action: approval or continue

On Monday, April 3, 2017 at 8:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City.
