7:00 PM    2.   PUBLIC HEARING – Proposed Amendment to Holladay Sign Ordainance 13.82 Signs – Proposal to enact new temporary sign regulations for redevelopment projects in the Holladay Village (HV) Zone. Action: P.C. recommendation to City Council


7:05 PM    3.   PUBLIC HEARING – “Green Gables Court”- Three-lot Residential Subdivision – 5697 S Highland Drive -- Applicants LeeAnn Miller and Craig Hackett request conceptual and preliminary review of their proposed three-lot subdivision in the R-2-8 zone. The applicant proposes to divide the 19,980 square foot parcel (.45 acres) of land into three individual, single-family home building lots. Action: Approval on continue


7:45 PM    4.   “Grand Terraces” Condominiums – Preliminary Condominium Plat   

                        Applicant, John Pochynok, is returning to the Planning Commission for preliminary subdivision review and approval of his condominium plat. Ownership and site utility drawings will be reviewed by the Planning Commission to prepare for final recording of this project. Action: approval or continue


8:15 PM    5.   Approval of Minutes – January 27 and Feb. 7, 2017

On Monday, March 20, 2017 at 8:30 am a copy of the foregoing amended notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City.
