Payment of Court fines and fees may be made in-person, by mail or on-line. RESTITUTION PAYMENTS NOT ALLOWED ON-LINE.
Traffic School: Those wishing participate in Traffic School in order to possibly keep a traffic ticket off their driving record should refer to the Frequently Asked Questions on the court’s main page. Please note that the On-line payment option is not available for those who wish to be considered for Traffic School. Traffic citation holders should contact the court during business hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. to discuss eligibility for traffic school.
Payment by Mail: Please do not send cash. Please include case number or citation number on cheques or money orders.
Payment In-Person: Payments in person may be made 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday- Friday. (excluding most state and national holidays)
On-Line Payment: (effective July 1, 2013)
On-Line payments are processed through the Utah Courts Internet Payment System.
The court accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card Credit and Debit Cards.
Attention Debit card Users: Please note that a hold may be placed on your funds by your financial institution when using your debit card. Please contact your financial institution about holds. The Court is not responsible for placing or removing holds.
Convenience Fee: On-line credit card and debit card payments will be assessed a $3.00 convenience fee.
