  1. “Butternut Hills” Residential Subdivision – 4434 S Butternut -
    Property owners, Caitlin and Jeff Beck request conceptual and preliminary review of three-lot subdivision on the corner of Butternut and 4500 South. The proposal will divide off 10,000 sq. ft. from two separate properties to create one, new building lot in this neighborhood. File #18-1-02
  1. Chimso Residential Site Plan Review, FCOZ Overlay Zone – 3190 E Tolcate Hills Drive
    Applicant, Onwuegbu Chimso requests site plan review of a new residential project in the Foothills and Canyons Overlay Zone. Hillside protection regulations of this overlay zone require Commission review on projects crossing slopes 30% and greater. File #18-2-03
  1. “Moyle” Subdivision Plat Amendment – 2704 East Hillsden Drive
    Property owner, Mr. Broadbent, requests a plat amendment in the R-1-43 zone which proposes to remove a lot line between, and combine the area of, two existing lots within this plat into one single description.

On Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at and state noticing website at
