5:00 PM WORK SESSION – Amendment to the Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP)
The Planning Commission will continue discussing a proposal by applicants; Ivory Homes and Woodbury Corporation, to amend elements of the Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) for possible recommendation to the city council for further deliberation and consideration of this proposal. Items to be discussed are; R/M-U zone, the range of proposed residential, office and retail land uses and their location and relationship to other uses both on and off-site, building heights, scale, massing and architecture, traffic circulation, parking, potential impact(s) to infrastructure, off-site improvements and on-site open space amenities, etc.

On Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
