7:00 PM 1. Amendment to the Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) R/M-U Zone – 4835 S Highland Dr.
The Planning Commission will continue discussing a proposal by applicants; Ivory Homes and Woodbury Corporation, to amend elements of the Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) for future redevelopment at the Cottonwood Mall site. Applicants have been asked to return with additional information, as requested by the commission during the January 2nd meeting, including but not limited to; requirements of the R-M/U zone, the range of proposed residential, office and retail land uses by their location and relationship to other uses both on and off-site, building heights, scale, massing and architecture, traffic circulation, parking, potential impact(s) to infrastructure, off-site improvements and on-site open space amenities, etc. (File# 07-7-1-1
On Friday, January 5, 2018 11:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
