7:00 PM 1. Zone Map Amendment from R-1-21 to Public “P” – 6290 S Holladay Blvd.
Consideration a proposed rezone of approx.5 acres of land at 6290 S Holladay Blvd from the current Single Family Residential per half acre zone “R-1-21” to the Public zone “P”
7:30 PM 2. Knudsen Park Small Area Master Plan Boundary Amendment and Conceptual Site Plan Amendment to the City of Holladay General Plan with specific intent to amend the park boundary and review a City Council approved conceptual site plan with public park improvements which carry out the goals of this Small Area Master Plan as referenced in Chapter 9: Knudsen Park and Big Cottonwood Nature Area Master Plan of the Holladay General Plan.
- Approval of 2017 Minutes; 09/19, 10/03, 10/17, 11/06, 11/21& 12/05
- Tree Canopy Protection Ordinance – review preamble language and remaining text amendments consider timeframe for recommendation to the City Council
- Lot Combination Moratorium – review and discussion of current city council generated moratorium on accepting/considering requests to combine two parcels abutting of real property in residential zones; R-1-21 and less.
- Community Development Director’s report on impending land use applications/calendar
On Friday, January 5, 2018 at 11:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
