  1. Amendment to the Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) R/M-U Zone – 4835 S Highland Dr. The Planning Commission will discuss elements of proposal to amend the Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) redevelopment for the old Cottonwood Mall site by applicants; Ivory Homes and Woodbury Corporation. Elements to be reviewed include those required of the R-M/U zone regulation more specifically; residential, office and retail land uses and configurations, housing densities and space, building heights and massing, traffic circulation/public transportation, parking and on-site amenities, etc. (File# 07-7-1-1)

      ADJOURN    On Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City.
