7:00 PM 2. PUBLIC HEARING – Amendment to the Cottonwood Mall Site Development Master Plan (SDMP) R/M-U Zone - 4835 S Highland Dr
The Planning Commission will be presented with a redevelopment proposal for Cottonwood Mall by applicants; Ivory Homes and Woodbury Corporation. The applicants propose to amend land development elements of the Cottonwood Mall, Site Development Master Plan (original adoption, Dec. of 2007). This meeting is the first in a series of public sessions to review the new development proposal for this privately owned, 57 acre site, and how this new proposal compares to the original 2007 approval. Elements to be reviewed include proposed ; residential, office and retail land use densities, building heights and massing, traffic circulation/ public transportation, parking and onsite amenities. On Friday, November 17, 2017 at 1:00 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
