PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means.  The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location.  In an effort to conserve resources, the Council has gone paperless. Council Members will be using a variety of electronic devices during the meeting.

4.  Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to Title 13; Site Plan Review and Approval Procedure – 13.08 & 13.56, 13.62 & 13.101
Proposed ordinance clarification regarding site plans which require the three-step review and approval process, as well as requiring TRC review of the site plan portion of a building permit application.   Action: public hearing/recommendation to City Council

5.  Consideration of Ordinance 2017-20 Amending Sections 08 & 13.56, 13.62 & 13.101 of the City Code – Site Plan Review and Approval

6.  Consideration of Ordinance 2017-21 Amending Section 14.050 - Residential Front Setbacks of the Land Use Code - proposed changes to how front yard setbacks are calculated as initiated by the City Council

7.  Consideration of Resolution 2107-25 Amending the General Plan as it Pertains Residential Density limits in “Segment B” of the Highland Dr Master Plan (HDMP) - proposed changes to eliminate R-2 zones and other minor changes in Segment B – as initiated by the City Council

8.  Consideration of Resolution 2017-26 Approving a Contract with Hansen, Bradshaw, Malmrose & Erickson, P.C. for Audit Services

On Monday, July 31, 2017 at 11:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, UT.  A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City.  The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at and state noticing website at
