6:30 PM    PRE-MEETING / WORK SESSION – All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner.  No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting.

7:00 PM    1.    CONVENE REGULAR MEETING – Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement

7:05 PM    2.   Planning Commission Service Awards – Special honor and recognition will be given to former Planning Commission members Matthew Snow and John Garver.

 7:20 PM    3.   PUBLIC HEARING – Wander Lane Right-of-Way Vacation – 4304 S Wander Lane
Due to previous surveying results applicant, Martha Thomas, has the need to adjust her private property lines to align properly with Wander Lane, a public street. This request will 1) vacate (remove) a small portion of the public right of way to include it into the applicant’s private property description and 2) dedicate, to the public, a small portion of private property located in Wander Lane. 

7:50 PM    4.   PUBLIC HEARINGOakwood Villa Estates P.U.D. Plat Amendment – 3922 S Woodline Drive                        Applicant, Rob Lund proposes a front-yard setback reduction for Lot #11 by amending the conditional use permit for this portion of the P.U.D. The Commission will review the PUD’s front-yard setback regulations to accommodate the request to place a building footprint that is outside of the “Tree & Slope Protection” area. 

8:30 PM    5.   SITE PLAN AMENDMENT – Millrock Hampton Inn – 6510 S Millrock Drive.
Applicant, Millrock Hotel Partners, LLC, requests review of a minor site plan amendment for their project currently under construction. The amendment proposes to relocate the crosswalk from its previously approved location, eastward approximately 32’ to 38’. The crosswalk connects Hampton Inn patrons to the adjacent parking terrace owned by Millrock Office Park.

On Friday, July 28 at 10:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
