5:30 PM TRANSPORATION PLANNING CHARRETTE – Planning charrette session to review and make comments on Wasatch Front Regional Counsel’s; Wasatch Choices 2050 Vison plan and 2019 Regional Transportation Plan

7:05 PM 2. PUBLIC HEARING – Haskic Accessory Building, Conditional Use Permit – 1886 E. Lincoln Ln.
Applicant, Amir Haskic, requests conditional use permit approval for a proposed accessory garage. Accessory buildings which are proposed to be larger than sizes noted in Holladay Ord chart 13.14.101 may be allowed only by a conditional use permit as per Holladay Ordinance 13.14.030.E.
7:35 PM 3. PUBLIC HEARING – General Plan Amendment; Highland Drive Small Area Master Plan
Applicant proposes to amend the description of Segment B in the Highland Drive Master Plan. This amendment will remove land at 5025 S Highland Drive from Segment B and relocate it into the description for Segment A. This proposal is necessary for the applicant’s subsequent rezone request
7:55 PM 4. PUBLIC HEARING – Zone Map Amendment – Neighborhood Commercial (NC) to Residential Multi-family (RM) – 5025 S Highland Drive
In conjunction with agenda item #2, name the applicant proposes a rezone of 1.01 acres from NC to RM to allow for development of 16 residential townhomes.
8:30 PM 5. CONTINUED – Oakwood Villa Estates P.U.D. Plat Amendment – 3958 South Woodline Drive Applicant Bill Diamant proposes a revised site plan for Lot #8 by amending the conditional use permit for this portion of the P.U.D. The Commission will review a new slope revegetation and protection plan (rock retaining) located within the project’s “Tree & Slope Protection” area, along with a request to amend the PUD’s front-yard setback regulations to accommodate a home footprint outside of the “Tree & Slope Protection” area.
9:00 PM 6. CONTINUED – Lincoln Heights – Residential 3- Lot Subdivision – Preliminary Plat- 2013 & 2015 East Lincoln Circle – R-1-15 zone
Having received conceptual plan approval, applicant Brandon Fry will present development details for his three–lot residential subdivision for Preliminary Plat review.
7. Approval of Minutes – April 18 and May 2, 2017
- Ordinance Amendments Drafts:
- Highland Drive Master Plan; residential densities – final draft review
- Holladay Tree protection amendments – final draft review
- Residential Front Yard Setback amendment
On Thursday, June 01, 2017 at 3:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
