 7:05 PM     2.   Sunnyside Heights Subdivision, Plat Amendment – Retail subdivision – Preliminary Review –  3970 South 2700 East – C-1 zone
Applicant Paul Channell proposes to create a new 13,562 square foot lot within the Oakmont Plaza to benefit the existing Oakmont Carwash and in accordance with Holladay’s Commercial zone, 10,000 square foot minimum lot size.   File # 17-1-04 Action: approval or continue

 7:30 PM     3.   Holladay Heights Subdivision, Plat Amendment – Residential Subdivision – Conceptual Review
                        2013 & 2015 East Lincoln Circle – R-1-15 zone
                        Applicant Brandon Fry proposes to combine the area of two existing lots within the Holladay Heights Subdivision and re-subdivide the combined 1.34 acres into three residential lots in accordance with Holladay’s Residential Single-Family zone, 15,000 square foot lot size.   File # 17-1-06 Action: approval or continue

                        Applicant, Matt Scott proposes to redevelop the office complex, currently known as the Medical Village, with a 32 unit attached townhome development in accordance with Holladay’s Residential Multifamily zone, 16 units per acre.        File# 17-1-05, Action: approval or continue

On Friday, April 28, 2017 at 2:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah.  A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder.  A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
