Continued discussion with applicant Bill Diamant who is requesting to amend a portion of this subdivision’s “Tree and Slope Protection” area at it pertains to lot #8. The proposal will modify the area set aside for slope and tree protection on this lot to accommodate the footprint of a new home. Action: approval, deny or continue
7:45 PM 3. City of Holladay Park Accessory Buildings – 4580 South 2300 East
City of Holladay proposes to construct two accessory buildings in the Public Zone. The Holladay Park Master Plan proposes a pavilion and storage shed, both located at the baseball field behind city hall. Zoning ordinances require Planning Commission verification of placement criteria for any proposed accessory building(s). Action: approval, continue

On Friday, April 14, 2017 at 9:00 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay City Hall, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. A copy was also faxed or emailed to the Salt Lake County Council, Cottonwood Heights City and Murray City. The agenda was also posted at city hall, Holladay Library, city internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
