NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS – 2016-17 BUDGET AMENDMENTS & 2017-2018 FISCAL YEAR BUDGETS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Council will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 6:00 p.m, in the Council Chambers located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the and Redevelopment Board of Directors will hold two Public Hearings on Thursday, June 1, 2017 as close to 6:30 p.m. as possible, in the Council Chambers located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.

 The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider amendments to the 2016-2017 fiscal year budgets.

 The purpose of the second Public Hearing is to receive public input on the Tentative Budgets for the General Fund, Capital Fund, and Debt Retirement for the 2017-18 fiscal year. Also to receive public input on the Tentative Budget for the Redevelopment Agency for the 2017-18 fiscal year.

 All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard.  Copies of the Tentative Budget and proposed amendments are available for public review from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in the office of the City Recorder located at 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, UT.

 Following the public hearing on June 1, 2017 proposed budgets may be amended, as appropriate, to reflect public comment and other issues determined by the Board of Directors.  It is anticipated that the final budget will be adopted on June 15, 2017 or as soon thereafter as possible.
